21-Day Meditation Challenge

Oprah Winfrey has joined the Chopra Center for Meditation for a FREE 21-day Meditation Challenge. Anyone can register and I encourage you to take the challenge! The challenge officially began yesterday, August 5, and runs for 21 days. You can register using Facebook, Twitter, or your email account. Each day there is a "Centering Thought", Sanskrit Mantra, and meditation exercise to participate in. If you miss a day, don't worry! Each exercise is available for five days after it's posted!
