A 4-Week CBTi Program to Improve Sleep
Our cognitive behavioral virtual program for insomnia extends beyond sleep hygiene. We address cognitive strategies for coping with sleep-inhibiting thoughts and behavioral interventions including tips and tricks for sustained sleep.
We offer individual and group session formats which both cover identical program content. The individual program typically ranges between four to six 50min sessions to which individual therapy rates apply.
